RETURN POLICY

 

FOR TAIWAN CUSTOMER

  • 退貨與換貨
    請注意,在您想寄回包裹之前,必須通過電子郵件向我們處理退貨申請。請仔細遵循以下退貨/換貨流程,否則您的申請將被自動取消,我們將無法處理您的訂單退款。

    1. 我們接受交貨後 7 天內的退貨和換貨。
    2. 一旦您的請求獲得批准,退貨必須在 3 天內寄出。
    3. 退換貨商品需保持商品全新、包裝完整、吊牌未剪。
    4. 退換貨產生運費需由訂購者負擔。
    5. 一旦我們進行退款,原始運費將被扣除。
    6. 客訂商品不符合退貨或退款條件。
    7. 我們對於包裹在追蹤系統內顯示已送達後丟失或被盜的情況概不負責。
    9. 非商品本身問題退貨、取消多次者,我們將停止對您的服務。

 

  • 無法退貨的商品與情況
    某些類型的商品無法退貨,例如易腐爛商品(例如食品、鮮花或植物)、定製商品(例如特殊訂單或個性化商品)和個人護理商品(例如美容產品)。我們也不接受危險材料、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定商品有任何疑問或疑慮,請與我們聯繫。最後,我們不接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。

 

  • 退款政策
    一旦我們收到並檢查了您的退貨,我們將通知您,並讓您知道退款是否被批准。如果獲得批准,您將在 10 個工作日內以原始付款方式自動獲得退款。請記住,您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和發布退款。您將獲得退回產品的全額退款。對於任何退回或交換的物品,我們不退還您原始訂單的運費。

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER 

  • RETURN & EXCHANGES
    Please be noted that before you want to send back the package, a return application must be processed with us by E-mail. Please follow the return / exchange process below carefully, otherwise your application will be cancelled automatically and we will not able to process refund on your order.

    1. We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
    2. Return must be sent out in 3 days once your request is approved.
    3. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached.
    4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    5. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund.
    6. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
    7. Products over the amount of $200 USD are subject to a $15 USD restocking fee.
    8. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.
    9. If we see multiple pack returns from you we will likely block your future orders.

 

  • EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

  • REFUND
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
