隨著 HowZ 全新作品《Take it eaZy》的發行,本次 NXWV 也以其 EP 中環繞的都市氛圍作為主要靈感,共同呈現本系列產品 TAKEITEAZY。
EZ LOGO TEE 為淺米灰選色,融入了奶油的溫和及冷灰的穩重,搭配寬鬆合領的 Boxy 修身廓型。正面使用 HowZ 全新字樣以及 EP 標語作為胸口印刷,背面則以充滿當代感的曲線設計以及部分馬賽克處理所組成的 Take it eaZy 主視覺作為印花,延續了 HowZ 自單曲〈Butter〉以來穩暖、自在的概念,同時也呼應了本次 EP 所呈現的都會、簡約視覺風格。

With the release of HowZ's latest creation, "Take it eaZy," NXWV draws inspiration from the urban ambiance encapsulated within its EP. Together, we unveil the TAKEITEAZY product series.
The EZ LOGO TEE, in a greige color, effortlessly combines the gentle warmth of cream with the poised coolness of ash gray. Its relaxed Boxy cut complements a wide, graceful collar. The front proudly showcases HowZ's new logo and the EP's catchphrase as chest prints. Meanwhile, the back features a contemporary, artful design with a touch of mosaic, forming the centerpiece of Take it eaZy. This design ethos continues the sense of comfort and sophistication established since HowZ's single "Butter," aligning seamlessly with the metropolitan, minimalist visual style presented in this EP.

訂單寄送方式
台灣客人我們提供兩種運送方式,店到店以及順豐速運,通常非特殊商品寄送時間為 3-5 天。當包裹寄出之後您將會透過電子郵件或是簡訊收到訂單追蹤狀態。

SERVICE
We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using DHL as default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package.
Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail or SMS.
Please check the following list for the delivery days of the international shipping service.

Please be noted that the usual shipping days of NXWV are Monday / Wednesday / Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT+8).
To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Therefore the package will be only processed on days we listed above. Please contact us if you need assist due to any urgent situation.

IMPORT DUTIES
Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / Fedex / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. NXWV (NXWV Co., Ltd) has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

退貨與換貨
請注意,在您想寄回包裹之前,必須通過電子郵件向我們處理退貨申請。請仔細遵循以下退貨/換貨流程,否則您的申請將被自動取消,我們將無法處理您的訂單退款。
1. 我們接受交貨後 7 天內的退貨和換貨。
2. 一旦您的請求獲得批准,退貨必須在 3 天內寄出。
3. 退換貨商品需保持商品全新、包裝完整、吊牌未剪。
4. 退換貨產生運費需由訂購者負擔。
5. 一旦我們進行退款,原始運費將被扣除。
6. 客訂商品不符合退貨或退款條件。
7. 我們對於包裹在追蹤系統內顯示已送達後丟失或被盜的情況概不負責。
9. 非商品本身問題退貨、取消多次者,我們將停止對您的服務。

無法退貨的商品與情況
某些類型的商品無法退貨,例如易腐爛商品(例如食品、鮮花或植物)、定製商品(例如特殊訂單或個性化商品)和個人護理商品(例如美容產品)。我們也不接受危險材料、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定商品有任何疑問或疑慮,請與我們聯繫。最後,我們不接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。

退款政策
一旦我們收到並檢查了您的退貨,我們將通知您,並讓您知道退款是否被批准。如果獲得批准,您將在 10 個工作日內以原始付款方式自動獲得退款。請記住,您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和發布退款。您將獲得退回產品的全額退款。對於任何退回或交換的物品,我們不退還您原始訂單的運費。

RETURN & EXCHANGES
Please be noted that before you want to send back the package, a return application must be processed with us by E-mail. Please follow the return / exchange process below carefully, otherwise your application will be cancelled automatically and we will not able to process refund on your order.
1. We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
2. Return must be sent out in 3 days once your request is approved.
3. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached.
4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund.
6. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Products over the amount of $200 USD are subject to a $15 USD restocking fee.
8. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.
9. If we see multiple pack returns from you we will likely block your future orders.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
